THE PART

The part a machine consumed fastest.

Bucket teeth are wear parts — they are replaced, not repaired. A tooth taken at the end of its life carries the most concentrated record of work of anything on the machine.

THE TRANSFORMATION

The tooth keeps its adapter and its pin bore. The plinth is machined to the tooth, not the reverse, and the smoked plate sits directly on three bronze studs.

01SOURCE

We take the part from a documented source and assess its condition.

02STRIP

We remove grease, loose corrosion and everything that does not belong to the future object.

03STABILISE

We reinforce the structure, smooth the contact zones and design a stable base.

04FINISH

We keep the authentic patina, seal the steel and fit the glass.

05SIGN

We number the piece and issue the certificate of transformation.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
