THE PART

The tooth profile is the wear record.

A drive sprocket wears where the track engaged it. That profile is the most direct record of work in the whole collection, and it is the reason this object is small and vertical.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Teeth are deburred and rounded to safe radii without recutting the profile. A bronze spacer set carries a small smoked plate above the hub.

01SOURCE

We take the part from a documented source and assess its condition.

02STRIP

We remove grease, loose corrosion and everything that does not belong to the future object.

03STABILISE

We reinforce the structure, smooth the contact zones and design a stable base.

04FINISH

We keep the authentic patina, seal the steel and fit the glass.

05SIGN

We number the piece and issue the certificate of transformation.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
