Privacy & terms
How HEAVY ARTS handles the data you send through this site, and the terms that apply to enquiries.
Who we are
HEAVY ARTS is a collectible-design studio based in Warsaw, Poland. For any question about this policy, write to info@heavyarts.studio.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quotation form or the newsletter field: your name, email address, country and postcode, client type, preferred timing, an optional budget range and your description of the space. We do not collect payment data, and there is no checkout on this site.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and — if you subscribe — send occasional notes about new objects. The legal basis is your consent, which you give explicitly on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Form messages are delivered by Resend, our transactional email provider, and stored in our studio mailbox on Google Workspace. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Analytics
We measure aggregate page and interaction data to understand which objects and notes are useful. Form contents and personal data are never sent to analytics.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@heavyarts.studio.
Imagery
Product imagery on this site consists of concept renders. It is labelled as such wherever it appears. Photographs of finished pieces replace it as prototypes are completed.
Independence
HEAVY ARTS is an independent brand. Machine manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners. Unless stated otherwise, the brand is not sponsored, authorised or affiliated with the makers of the source parts.
Enquiry terms
An enquiry is not an order and creates no obligation on either side. Quotations state their own validity period, and no price is binding until confirmed in writing. Every object is sold ex works EU unless the quotation says otherwise.
