THE PART

A curve computed for penetration, not for looks.

Ripper shanks are forged with a specific radius so the tip loads before the shank does. That radius, and the wear at the tip, is the whole drawing of this object.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Shanks are mirrored, plated at the foot for stability, and tied by a concealed spine. The mounting holes stay open and unfilled.

01SOURCE

We take the part from a documented source and assess its condition.

02STRIP

We remove grease, loose corrosion and everything that does not belong to the future object.

03STABILISE

We reinforce the structure, smooth the contact zones and design a stable base.

04FINISH

We keep the authentic patina, seal the steel and fit the glass.

05SIGN

We number the piece and issue the certificate of transformation.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Because of the mass, quotation covers dedicated transport, carry-in and — depending on the model — on-site glass installation. Cost depends on location and access conditions.
