Concept render — production units in progress

THE PART

Three rollers that shared a single load path.

The bogie keeps the original yellow on one side plate and graphite wear on the other — an asymmetry we do not correct. Each piece in the edition differs in exactly this respect.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Rollers are freed, cleaned and locked in position for safety. The frame is reinforced internally, and the oval glass is set on low-profile pads aligned to the roller axes.

01SOURCE

We take the part from a documented source and assess its condition.

02STRIP

We remove grease, loose corrosion and everything that does not belong to the future object.

03STABILISE

We reinforce the structure, smooth the contact zones and design a stable base.

04FINISH

We keep the authentic patina, seal the steel and fit the glass.

05SIGN

We number the piece and issue the certificate of transformation.
