Two cylinders that pushed against the same ground.
Hydraulic rams are the most engineered parts we work with: chrome rods, machined ends, sealed bores. They are drained, decommissioned and documented before anything else happens.
THE TRANSFORMATION
Rods are set at a fixed extension and mechanically locked — nothing in the object is pressurised. The frame transfers the top load to the cylinder ends, not to the rods.
We take the part from a documented source and assess its condition.
We remove grease, loose corrosion and everything that does not belong to the future object.
We reinforce the structure, smooth the contact zones and design a stable base.
We keep the authentic patina, seal the steel and fit the glass.
We number the piece and issue the certificate of transformation.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Because of the mass, quotation covers dedicated transport, carry-in and — depending on the model — on-site glass installation. Cost depends on location and access conditions.
